Identified for its globally acclaimed “Yamazaki Whisky,” Suntory will provide a restricted launch of tokenized Premium Malt’s bottles to the Japanese market beginning in mid-November 2024.
As a part of the venture, the 715ml Premium Malt’s beer—aged in Yamazaki Whisky barrels—will function near-field communication (NFC) expertise on the neck of the bottle. When the cap is opened and the NFC tape is damaged, clients will obtain a Non-Fungible Token (NFT) as a certificates of consumption, offering a singular digital collectable for Premium Malt’s fans.
