U Power Partners with IoTeX to Expand Blockchain-Based Energy and Transportation Solutions

U Energy Restricted (Nasdaq: UCAR), an organization creating AI-based options for contemporary vitality and transportation techniques, has signed a strategic partnership with blockchain platform IoTeX. The settlement helps U Energy’s plan to develop its EV battery-swapping know-how, often called UOTTATM, and broaden its presence within the Web3 vitality and transportation area.

Underneath the settlement, IoTeX will buy RWA tokens issued by U Energy. These tokens are backed by company bonds. The funding is predicted to assist strengthen U Energy’s monetary place and assist continued growth of its core applied sciences.

Each firms plan to work collectively on the RWAs’ tokenization. They may use AI and blockchain to make asset administration safer and scalable. The aim is to use these instruments to real-world techniques, particularly in vitality and transportation.

The partnership is supported by HabitTrade, a platform that provides infrastructure for asset buying and selling. HabitTrade will assist with the design and execution of the token-related components of the settlement. The platform is offering technical and regulatory assist to make the transaction easy and compliant.
