MARA Holdings to buy Long Ridge Energy in $1.5 billion AI data center push

MARA Holdings (MARA) has agreed to purchase Lengthy Ridge Power & Energy in a deal valued at about $1.5 billion. MARA will even assume not less than $785 million of debt backstopped by a bridge mortgage.
